• Client Content — the images and files you upload or send us for editing.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction metadata, but not your full card number.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited, referring source, and device/browser type, collected to operate and improve the site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and deliver the Services, respond to inquiries and send project communications, process payments, maintain security and prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve our offerings.

3. Payments & Stripe

Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment data is collected and handled directly by Stripe under its own Privacy Policy. We do not store full card details on our servers.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with providers needed to operate Lustre, including Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (image safety classification and editing), and our hosting provider. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

Source uploads are removed after processing. Generated results and account history are retained so you can access them, until removed under our retention process or following a valid deletion request. Payment records may be retained as required for tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transfer and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability — including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
